Whortlekill Rod & Gun Club offers our facility space for rent to the public

for private and public events and fundraisers

Our 120 foot long Pole Barn can host up to 400 people (Seasonally)
use of kitchen facilities, a walk in cold box, and indoor restrooms available

We also have indoor space CAPABLE OF HOSTING 90-100 PEOPLE UPSTAIRS AND/OR 40-50 PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS

use of our commercial kitchen, tables and chairs ALSO AVAILABLE

Catering also available on premises
or bring your own….it’s your choice.

Security Deposit Due at Time of Booking & Balance of Full Rental Price Must be Paid in Full 2 Weeks Prior to Event or Date Will Be Made Available to Other Renters

**NO EXCEPTIONS**

Security deposit covers cost of cleaning and repairs should rented facility be damaged or left in disarray

DO NOT put any holes in walls to hang decorations
Please don't rely on Club Calendar for availability, You must call Club Rental Chairman to ensure that the space you are interested in renting is available the day you want it.

​Security Deposit of $100 is Required which will be refunded after no damage is found. no scotch tape allowed to hang decorations. Only blue painters tape allowed. Use of the club’s
dumpster is allowed. Rented space must be completely cleaned and all tables and chairs put away in closet on indoor rental. Use of kitchens is included in Pole Barn and Club House Rentals.
